Notice on the return of packaging in accordance with the German Packaging Act (VerpackG)
In accordance with Section 15 (1) of the German Packaging Act, we are obliged to take back certain packaging free of charge.
This applies in particular to:

transport packaging (e.g. pallets, mesh boxes, protective frames)

sales and outer packaging that typically does not accumulate as waste at private end consumers
-
packaging not subject to system participation
-
reusable packaging
The return must be arranged with us in advance.

The return is free of charge for you.
Packaging sent carriage forward cannot be accepted.
Place of return
The return can take place:

at the place of delivery, or
-
at a return point designated by us
Notice for private households
Sales packaging subject to system participation can still be disposed of via the local collection systems (yellow bag / yellow bin).
