Window frame repair sheet is under development

Rust damage can occur on the vehicle's windshield frame over time, particularly around the lower corners. Moisture and road salt can contribute to the formation of corrosion in these areas.

A repair panel can be used to repair damaged areas of the windshield frame. For this purpose, the affected area is cut out and the repair panel is welded into the intended position. This allows the damaged area of the windshield frame to be repaired specifically.

The windshield frame repair panel is made from 1 mm thick body steel and is supplied primed. The primer serves to protect the surface until further processing. After welding, the finishing work and corrosion protection measures required for the respective installation situation must be carried out.
