This component is a shock absorber bracket for double cab and flatbed, Non-original parts – suitable for VW T4
The bracket is made of 3 mm thick steel. The area of the shock absorber mounting is reinforced by an additionally welded 3 mm steel insert, resulting in a material thickness of 6 mm at the main load-bearing point.
On the opposite side, an M12 thread is provided to accommodate the shock absorber bolt. The component is designed for use in repair and maintenance work.
