Shipping and terms of payment 

 Parcels are dispatched on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Our shipping partner for standard shipping is Deutsche Post-DHL. All DHL parcels are shipped 100% CO2-neutral with the climate-friendly shipping service GOGREEN - at no additional cost to you. The shipment number is not transmitted automatically, but can be requested by the customer from the seller. 

 Delivery address: Delivery to a packing station or a shop is also possible after consultation. You can also specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address during the ordering process. If you are not at home on the delivery date, you will receive a notification card and your parcel will be stored at a post office near you for 7 working days before it is returned to us. 

 Shipping costs and delivery areas: Shipping costs are based on the total weight of the item(s) purchased and the recipient country. We currently offer standard shipping within Germany, to Austria and Switzerland. We are also happy to ship to other EU countries and will then calculate the shipping costs individually. Please note that any costs for customs duties are to be borne by the recipient. 

 Payment via Paypal When paying via Paypal with buyer protection, there is a small surcharge of 3% due to the fees incurred. 

Germany: up to 5 kg = 9,15€ with VAT. 5-10 kg = 11,95€ with VAT 10-31,5 kg = 18,60€ with VAT 

Austria: up to 5 kg = 19,02€ with VAT 5-10 kg = 24,97€ with VAT 10-20 kg = 38,06€ with VAT 20-31,5 kg = 53,53€ with VAT Switzerland: up to 5 kg = 32,11€ with VAT 5-10 kg = 41,63€ with VAT 10-20 kg = 58,29€ with VAT 20-31,5 kg = 66,62€ with VAT
